Ministry of Tomorrow (MOT) is a luxury eco-fashion house founded in 2011 that designs and produces high-quality, vegan bags and accessories while fostering sustainable development in marginalized communities. Their flagship production facility is located in Nairobi, Kenya—just outside the Kibera slum—where they employ skilled tailors from the local community, offering fair-wage jobs in a safe, clean environment. MOT uses sustainable, cruelty-free materials like certified organic and Fair-Trade cotton, animal-free leathers sourced from Italy and Japan, and low-impact dyes. Their approach, described as "responsible commerce," weaves social, environmental, and animal-rights activism directly into each product they make.
